Commercial Townhome Exterior Restoration & Waterproofing – Chicago, Illinois

This multi-unit townhome property in Chicago, Illinois received a complete exterior restoration and waterproofing treatment by JM Painting & Stucco Inc.

Our team began with a thorough pressure washing of all exterior surfaces, followed by detailed surface preparation to ensure proper adhesion and long-lasting results. All necessary areas were cleaned, scraped, repaired, and properly prepared before coating.

Special attention was given to preventing water intrusion. We completed extensive caulking around all windows, exterior doors, joints, gaps, transitions, and other vulnerable areas throughout the property.

Once preparation was completed, the exterior received one full coat of masonry primer followed by two full coats of Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP® Waterproofing Masonry Coating, creating a durable and uniform finish designed to withstand Chicago’s demanding weather conditions.
