How the work runs
1. Assess the whole facade
We check every elevation and sound the wall, so the scope covers what is actually failing rather than only what is visible from the drive.
2. Repair and unify
Cracks and failed areas rebuilt, old mismatched patches corrected, and the texture brought back to one consistent surface.
3. Finish and protect
A breathable finish across the full elevation, so the result is uniform and the wall can still dry outward.

Is restoration cheaper than replacing the stucco?
Considerably, when the wall system underneath is sound. Full replacement means taking the facade back to the substrate. Restoration keeps what is working and rebuilds what is not.
My house has old repairs that never matched. Can that be fixed?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people call. Mismatched patches are corrected as part of the work so the elevation reads as one surface rather than as a history of repairs.
Can you change the colour at the same time?
Yes. Since the finish goes on across the whole elevation anyway, restoration is the natural moment to change colour. You approve it on a sample area on the house before we commit.
What if you find the wall is not sound?
We tell you before we carry on, with photographs. Restoring a finish over a failing system is money wasted, and we would rather have the awkward conversation at the start than hand you a problem a year later.
