Complete Exterior Stucco & Wood Restoration

This home received a complete exterior restoration, with special attention to proper surface preparation, repairs, and long-lasting protection.

The project began with a complete pressure washing of the exterior to remove dirt, mildew, loose material, and surface contaminants. Once clean and dry, our team performed extensive preparation throughout the entire home, including scraping and removing loose or failing coatings, sanding where necessary, caulking gaps and joints, repairing deteriorated wood, and preparing all surfaces for proper adhesion.

All exterior wood surfaces—including soffits, fascia, window and door trim, and other wood details—were properly prepared and received one full coat of primer followed by two full coats of premium exterior paint for a smooth, durable, and long-lasting finish.

The stucco was also completely restored. We repaired cracks, damaged areas, loose and deteriorated stucco, and properly prepared the surface before applying two full coats of Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP® Waterproofing Masonry Coating to provide superior protection against moisture and Chicago’s changing weather conditions.
