Luxury Stucco Restoration & Exterior Painting
- 11 Boulder Dr • Lake in the Hills, IL 60156
This luxury residence in Lake in the Hills, Illinois underwent a complete exterior stucco restoration and painting by JM Painting & Stucco Inc.
The project began with a thorough pressure washing to remove dirt, mildew, chalking, and other surface contaminants, ensuring maximum adhesion for the new coating system.
During our inspection, we identified rust staining bleeding through the existing stucco finish. To properly seal the surface and prevent future stain migration, we applied one full coat of premium masonry primer to the entire exterior of the home, creating a uniform base and promoting superior adhesion.
Once the primer had fully cured, our team applied two full coats of Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP Waterproofing Masonry Coating over the entire stucco surface. This premium elastomeric coating provides outstanding waterproof protection, flexibility, crack resistance, UV resistance, and long-term durability while giving the home a beautiful, uniform finish.
Throughout the project, every window, door, roofline, driveway, landscaping feature, and surrounding surface was carefully protected to ensure a clean, professional result.
